Application Details

Preparation

• All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material.
• Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly.
• Avoid the inhalation of dust.
• Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
• Treat any mould or lichen with Britannia’s Fungicidal Wash Solution before removing with a scraper or stiff brush, then treat again.

Application

• STIR WELL BEFORE USE.
• Apply using a brush, roller or airless sprayer at a minimum spreading rate of 11m² per litre.
• Ensure maximum ventilation during application and drying.
• Do not breathe spray, wear respiratory protection.
• Seal absorbent surface with a first coat thinned down with up to 10% clean water.
